For Pre-Owned products, condition details and photos are part of the product description and form part of the agreement.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Sound Guys reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues are suspected.

Shipping claims are subject to our official Shipping Policy.

Returns and warranty claims are subject to our official Return & Warranty Policy.

Sound Guys is not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party services

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
